Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Chirpy slippers. If they're not the right fit, unworn items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 14-day returns window is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

Eligibility
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

How to start a return
Email us at info@chirpycomfortwear.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label.

Return shipping
Return shipping is on us. There is no cost to you for sending an eligible return back to us. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us at info@chirpycomfortwear.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
